Rockin’ Thursday XXIX

Today, I’m featuring the song “Once Bitten, Twice Shy” performed by Great White in honor of their former lead singer, Jack Russell, who passed away on the 7th of this month. Great White is an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1977. The song was released in 1989 and reached the #9 spot on the U.S. Billboard that same year. Great White’s version is a cover of the original song by Ian Hunter, an English singer, songwriter, and musician. I hope you enjoy the video, and have a great Rockin’ Thursday!

            1. I’m doing great, like Duke. 😀 The doctor said that everything is going well and that I should be back to 100% (well, 99.99% since I don’t have a gallbladder anymore) in a week or so. I’m looking forward to that because the list of things I have to do around the house is getting longer by the minute.

              1. Oh, that’s sooo good to hear! I’m so happy to know that. I sooo know the feeling of deferred maintenance. Yikes.. Too funny, as soon as I said Duke was fine, I separated him from Hunter to feed him in the dining room and he peed everywhere and I had just taken him out.. No bark, nada. Oh well, I’ll chalk this up to an accident after 4 days of all going well.. lol

        1. Yeah, I gave up on radio a while ago, and satellite radio is way too expensive for two cars. I went with Apple Music because there are some songs I want to hear, and I don’t want to carry extra devices. I have Great White as one of my favorites, so I’m going to add the original so I can listen to it.
