Today, I’m bringing you “Gimme Three Steps” to kickstart your weekend prep! Lynyrd Skynyrd, the legendary rock band from Jacksonville, Florida, formed in 1964 and dropped this classic in November 1973, written by Allen Collins and Ronnie Van Zant. The band was later inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on March 13, 2006. Enjoy the video and have an amazing, Rockin’ Thursday!

I’m glad you enjoyed the song. We don’t hear much from them nowadays, unless you’re a fan and actively follow them. I was introduced to them in the early ’90s while in college by a friend who used to listen to them all the time.

I’ve seen this band live way to many times, loved their music.

They seem to tour a lot. I read that they canceled the show scheduled for this weekend in Colorado due to an emergency involving one of the members.
