For today’s edition of Rockin’ Thursday, we have Kansas, an American rock band that formed in 1973 in Topeka, Kansas, and became popular in the late ’70s with hit singles such as “Carry On Wayward Son” and “Dust in the Wind,” which is my favorite song. Today I’m posting their hit, “Carry On Wayward Son,” released in 1976. Pretty cool vocals about 3/4 of the song (3:46-4:20). I hope you enjoy the video and have a great Rockin’ Thursday!
Kansas! That’s who sings this earwig. Wayward Son’s been playing on autoloop in my minds for two weeks!

Thank you, Ernie. I never had vinyl records but cassettes and CDs, I burnt through those. Now, it’s all digital with enhanced sound that make these songs such much better, I think.
